This photo must then be forwarded to claims@iwgac.com so we can evaluate the damage and either refund or replace, OUR CHOICE. Advise ALL customers to report any BOX damage when the item arrives to the carrier. If they refuse a shipment without going through the proper claims process, the 20% restocking fee will apply.
