RETURN POLICY:
All return claims must be initiated within 5 business days of receipt of the order. Returns for any reason other than damaged or defective will have a 20% restocking fee and return shipping fees will not be refunded. NEVER file a claim with FEDEX, that is for us to do. A proper claims process must be followed for your claim to be processed. Your customer or you, MUST take a digital photo of any and ALL damages within 5 days, AND a picture of the box. This photo must then be forwarded to claims@iwgac.com so we can evaluate the damage and either refund or replace, OUR CHOICE. Advise ALL customers to report any BOX damage when the item arrives to the carrier. If they refuse a shipment without going through the proper claims process, the 20% restocking fee will apply.
